Mainland UK FREE of charge on orders valued at £30 or more.

Shipping for goods to other UK destinations, Europe and Worldwide will be sent by UPS and insured.

All goods MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER on arrival. If goods are unsigned for and later are found to be damaged we will be unable to replace them.

If goods/packing look damaged on receipt, delivery must be signed for "GOODS/PACKAGING DAMAGED" for insurance purposes and for us to be able to send you a replacement.

We will be unable to send a free of charge replacement if goods are not signed for OR are signed for undamaged and later it is claimed they are damaged in transit.

Manufacturing/warrantee faults will of course be dealt with swiftly.
